RETURNS

All returned merchandise must be in original condition, and must include the original factory box (UPC bar codes and serial numbers must be intact) and factory packaging (e.g. foam, plastic, wrappings, etc.), peripherals (e.g. battery, charger, cords, straps, etc.), included warranty cards (without markings), and all instruction booklets and paperwork.

Some basic return policies include:

  1. Product must be returned in unopened original condition.
  2. If the product has been opened, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
  3. If the product is opened & defective we will exchange it, however the original item must be returned to us.
  4. Buyer pays for shipping if item needs to be sent back for any reason (refund or exchange).
  • Return & Exchange Policy: All Defective items must be returned to us within 14 days.
  • Buyer has to pay for return shipping. We do not accept returns without a prior RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
  • There will be 20% restocking fee applied to items returned when ordered in error and the buyer will be refunded their purchase price minus the original shipping cost and this restocking fee
  • NUVO IRON PRODUCTS: Please measure your fence posts and make sure that you are ordering the correct size of the post caps. Our original shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund total if the wrong size post caps are ordered.
  • International Returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping cost should they decide to return the product.
  • Please Note: Any returns that violate this return policy will not be accepted and will be sent back at customer’s expense.
  • Please allow 4-10 business days after we receive your package to process your return.
