RETURNS POLICY
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To start a return:
1. Contact us at xtremeedeals@gmail.com or 1-800-704-1607 with your order number.
2. Ship the item back and provide us with the return tracking number.
Conditions:
• Item must be in new, unused condition with original packaging.
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, except for defective items or errors on our side, in which case we cover the return shipping.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 4–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
Restocking fee:
• A 15% restocking fee applies to items ordered in error (e.g. wrong size). In this case the original shipping cost is not refunded.
• Please measure your posts carefully before ordering.
Defective items:
• Please report defective items within 14 days of delivery. We will exchange the item or issue a refund once the original item is returned to us.
Returns that do not meet the above conditions may be declined.
