Shipping

Most shipments are shipped within 24-48 business hours after payment is confirmed or cleared unless stated otherwise in the listing.

  • Domestic Shipping: All Domestic packages are shipped via UPS or USPS.
  • International Shipping:  All International Packages Are Shipped Via USPS, Canada Post, or another post service.
  • We ship to APO, FPO, and P.O Boxes. Buyers that have APO, FPO, or P.O. Box addresses must choose the USPS Mail option when purchasing since UPS does not deliver to these addresses. Transit time is dependent on the carrier service and cannot be guaranteed by us. Sellers are not responsible for services transit time and the information provided is by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays.

USPS Transit Time:

  • USPS First Class Mail – 3-7 Business Days
  • USPS Priority Mail – 3-5 Business Days International Transit Time

(Varies from country to country and the Delivery date suggested below is according to USPS and is estimated only).

  • USPS First Class Mail International – Could Take Up To 6 Weeks For Delivery.

RETURNS

All returned merchandise must be in original condition, and must include the original factory box (UPC bar codes and serial numbers must be intact) and factory packaging (e.g. foam, plastic, wrappings, etc.), peripherals (e.g. battery, charger, cords, straps, etc.), included warranty cards (without markings), and all instruction booklets and paperwork.

Some basic return policies include:

  1. Product must be returned in unopened original condition.
  2. If the product has been opened, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
  3. If the product is opened & defective we will exchange it, however the original item must be returned to us.
  4. Buyer pays for shipping if item needs to be sent back for any reason (refund or exchange).
  5. Product can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases.
  • Return & Exchange Policy: All Defective items must be returned to us within 14 days.
  • Buyer has to pay for return shipping. We do not accept returns without a prior RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
  • There will be 20% restocking fee applied to items returned when ordered in error and the buyer will be refunded their purchase price minus the original shipping cost and this restocking fee
  • NUVO IRON PRODUCTS: Please measure your fence posts and make sure that you are ordering the correct size of the post caps. Our original shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund total if the wrong size post caps are ordered.
  • International Returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping cost should they decide to return the product.
  • Please Note: Any returns that violate this return policy will not be accepted and will be sent back at customer’s expense.
  • Please allow 4-10 business days after we receive your package to process your return.
