The OptiFix Pro Refill Kit, Cleaning and Repair Pads will help prolong the life of your OptiFix Pro. It can be used with all OptiFix Pro ET devices. The refill kit includes one set of cleaning pads, and one set of repair pads. To maintain the best results, replace the cleaning pads after 15-20 uses and replace the repair pads after 5-10 uses.

Returns
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery, in new, unused condition with original packaging.
- Defective items: contact us within 14 days. We will exchange the item or issue a refund once the original is returned.
- Please contact us first at xtremeedeals@gmail.com or 1-800-704-1607 and provide the return tracking number.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs (we cover it for defective items or our errors).
- A 15% restocking fee applies to items ordered in error (e.g. wrong size). Original shipping cost is not refunded in this case.
- Refunds are processed within 4–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
