Today we feature a strong list of influential rustic farmhouse Instagram accounts that’ll inspire you. Indeed the rustic farmhouse has been a classic icon in home design culture for generations.

Its aesthetic is defined by history and all the stories and feelings that the iconic farmhouse evokes within us — old fashioned wholesome living — perhaps. A way of life that is often forgotten in today’s digital-savvy world.

Take a look below and let us know what you think in our comments section or float us a note on our Facebook fan page.

Happy Wednesday from a HOT & STEAMY Thistle Hill Ranch 🌿 Although the Weatherman is saying this 95°F is a cool front 🙄 REALLY? So in other news…I'm planning my Fall decor so I don't go crazy in this heat and think it's never going away….I'm pretty sure it's NEVER going away 😭 But funny story… when I took this photo last Late September it was still in the 90's 😂🤔.. Ok….It's NOT funny… I'm BAWLING… This heat doesn't go away until October! 😢😫 So, I'm posting Fall photos so my brain cools off…YES, I'm pretty sure that's a THING 😂 Are You Fall Decor Planning? 🍂

I was talking to my friend about this yesterday and wanted to share with you: Some opportunities aren’t meant for you and that’s ok!! Forgive and GROW! Go against the tide and harness your will and say in spite of this circumstance, I’m in control, Im not going to let this get me down!! I’m not going to let this destroy me. Your mind is a battlefield, the enemy is after your mind. Out to worry you to death, out to make you give up on your dreams, out to stress you to death!! The problem: it’s not in your checkbook, it’s not your savings, the fight you have to fight is in your mind. You have to drive it out of your head. Make a declaration that this is what you stand for!! You’re not going to quit on your dreams!!! You want it and you’re going to go all out and get it!! Harness your will and let all that shit go so you can go on with your life!!! Don’t count the costs before you start, because you will quit before you even start. Forget about your past. FORGET what happened and make the rest of your life the BEST OF YOUR LIFE. I believe in you and am cheering you on. Hope you can share this with your friends too ♥️♥️♥️🌈

Chester owns yet another space. ❤️ I love how our @bedbathandbeyond refresh turned out! #ad I had the opportunity to work with #bedbathandbeyond on our outdoor fireplace refresh and I am so in love with their new (and exclusive to @bedbathandbeyond) “Bee & Willow Home Collection”. Bee & Willow Home is such a warm and inviting collection of well-made home décor, furniture, bedding, rugs, and the list goes on and on! I sourced all of my finds on the blog (Link in my profile). It’s easy to forget we haven’t been here for a full year yet…or even a full six months. Somewhere between trying to get settled and the hustle and bustle of the renovations, it feels like we’ve already been here forever. However, we haven’t even seen our first spring. __ This week the sugar maple started budding and it was the first time we’ve seen it with life on it. When we bought the house in the middle of October the tree had already dropped its leaves and we weren’t sure how it would bloom. Honestly, it looked less than healthy. This week though, it popped and these tiny green buds appeared. It’s amazing and beautiful to see it come to life again after this long, hard winter. It makes me wonder how many other surprises we will discover here this spring. Fingers crossed most of them are good. #sugarmaple #sugarmaplefarmhouse __ P.S. We have an arborist coming on Friday to help me figure out how to keep the sugar maple healthy. P.P.S. Tomorrow is demo day for the barn! Watch my stories for updates throughout the day. #farmhouseliving #farmlife #countrylife #countrylifestyle
